Grilled onigiri is a traditional Japanese dish made by grilling rice balls until the outside becomes crispy and fragrant, then seasoning them with soy sauce or miso. It features a crunchy, savory exterior and a soft, fluffy center.
A specialty grilled onigiri shop offering around 30 seasonal menu items throughout the year. Each onigiri is freshly grilled to order and served hot.
The rice used is “Nanatsuboshi” from Hokkaido, known for its perfect balance of sweetness and texture, and for staying delicious even after cooling.
All fillings are handmade in-house, including braised pork and ginger pork.
Among the menu items, the “Unatama” (eel & egg, ¥700) is by far the most popular. Other favorites include Bacon & Cheese (¥700), Braised Pork (¥650), Tuna Mayo, and Salmon (¥500). Takeout only.
